How To Order Custom Fresheners

Easy Three-step Ordering Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Simply contact us and we can start turning your ideas into custom car air fresheners. If you have your own design then please send it to us so that we can complete a technical check on the file. Our preferable file type is a vectorised PDF file in CMYK colour mode, with fonts converted to curves and a correct bleed applied. However, if you’re not sure don’t worry – send over what you’ve got and we can correct any problems there may be.

We are also able to design your car air fresheners from scratch - please send us your design brief in order to get a quote for this design service. 

Step 2: Artwork Proofing 

If you have supplied your own artwork we will do our deep technical check and sort any problems there may be, before converting your file to a soft proof and sending it back to you for review. If you would like to take advantage of our own design service, we will work on your design brief and the logo supplied by you and then send over our design for your review. Once you have checked the finished design and are satisfied, we will ask you to sign off this soft proof. You must ensure you are 100% satisfied as your custom car air fresheners will be just like the soft proof. At this stage we also need to confirm your choice of fragrance and the quantity of car air fresheners you want to print.

Step 3: Payment 

At this stage we will ask you to make a secure online payment using PayPal. If you don’t have a Paypal account then please don’t worry – it’s easy to set one up. However, we can also offer other means of payment such as bank transfer (BACS), cheque, or any other options you may prefer. Please note that these options may delay your delivery time. 

Our standard dispatch time for this type of product is within ten full working days from signing off the soft proof and/or completing the payment process.We will let you know once we have dispatched your custom fresheners and will provide order-tracking information.
