Delivery Of Your Custom Fresheners

You can expect your air fresheners to be dispatched within ten working days – dated from the day after your confirmation email being received and/or the payment being made. Your air fresheners will be shipped from our UK premises in Wallington, Surrey, SM6 8QU via the carrier of your choice, as specified at the time of order.Much of the work done to produce your air fresheners is done by hand so for this reason the time-frame indicated is only a guideline; your order may be delayed by a few days due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this be the case we will let you know as soon as possible and inform you of the new delivery schedule.We are not able to provide any quick printing solutions when its comes to this type of product, but if you have a specific deadline in mind and need the product quicker than the normal ten days, then please let us know and we will try and accommodate you. 

Packaging, storage and use of custom fresheners

1,000 promotional air fresheners are contained in one normal-size package - this should be between 10kg to 14kg depending on the shape and size you have chosen.

Each personalised car air freshener comes individually wrapped within a clear plastic wrapper, with elastic string attached.

You can store your custom fresheners for up to two years or more before use, if you keep them in a cool and dry place.

Once the wrapper is removed, a freshener’s fragrance should last for at least 10-15 days and up to 25 days under the right circumstances. If just part of the wrapper is removed, then the fragrance should last four weeks or more.
